Rear spoiler problem

Hey guys help me out here. Guy before me put the saleen spoiler on the car. I've looked this over a million times and can't figure it out. Is it as easy as pulling the old one off, filling the holes in, and then slapping on stock one?

no one in here understands this? really? all the modifications on thousands of cobras and no one can tell me if im able to do this?

Yes you'd have to remove that spoiler and have those holes filled. Then the factory spoiler would need new holes drilled for it as I'm assuming they are either filled or non-existant on that current trunk of yours.
