I have had the eibach pro street coil over kit on my 14 gt for about a month. No ride issues or anything. I just bough some drilled rotors and removed the wheels to install them and found the rear shock damaged. I believe it's just the dust shield. Should I be concerned? I don't remember hitting any pot holes or anything that would cause the shock to travel any higher.

Looks like it got overextended and the bottom of the dust boot caught the top of the shock body. I would pull the shock off and fix the boot, or replace the boot if you can't fix it. You can buy generic shock boots at most auto parts stores.
