Since I do not have cats anymore and my rear O2 sensors are shut off would I encounter any problems with pulling the sensors and installing plugs in the pipes? I would disconnect the sensors from the factory wiring harness and pull them completely out...

Your computer doesnt know they are there, so you wouldnt have any problems taking them completely out. I dont see the point in that tho. You might also want to use something to protect the harness so that mud and road crap doesnt get in there and corrode the terminals.
