Rear Gear oil for the Mach?

Can some one tell me how much/what weight? I cant find my owners manual.

Also I plan to have my gear changed to a 4.10 is their anything else I should pick up for the shop to do while its up there?

Bottle of friction modifier and 3 quarts of 75w-140 full synthetic. Prob will take about 2 1/4 to 2 1/2 to fill the rear end.

Why do plces seem to be selling 75/90? is that for the trans?

tranny is ATF only.

Some cars call for 70/90.
