I got in touch with a guy that told me he had a 99 saleen 8.8 rearend.... to make an extreme long story short we took his rearend put 3.73s and installed it into my tt 2000 3.8l. The driver side axel was bent and my buddy had a pair of axleshafts out of a 99 GT. the axles my buddy gave me when we put it into the rearend was 3/4" longer than what the other guy gave me. Im guessing the original rearend (with the bent axle was out of an sn95?) is this sound true? Now I want to buy new axles so i can drive my car again but am unable to find any part numbers on the axle

Fox axles are 29.188 inches in length. sn95 axles are 29.969 inches. The new edge axles are 30.688 inches. So there is a difference in length between fox and sn95.
