What weight do we need in the rear, i think i heard something like 75w90, no clue though.

redline or royal purple 90w gear oil

ok, i know that those have the friction modifier in them, but do you add more?

Redline 75W90, and add at least one bottle of friction modifier, if you are putting in a new diff at the same time, put in two bottles of FM. Use the Ford motorcraft FM. :thumbsup:
