i got a 98 gt and started hearing a noise coming directly from the driver side rear like a "swish swish swish" sound. its realy loud, it sounds like the high spot on the rotor touching the pad. i already had new rotors and ads, so i put them on and the sound got twice as loud, now the sound is constant and sounds like sandpaper on the rotor followed by a clicking sound when the car is rolling even if the brakes are not applied. car pulls to the left a little when you hit the brakes. all anti rattle clips are in there.. any help would be appreciated

Check the little stuff first, make sure the splash shields are not hitting any moving parts, check for any signs of wear on the rotors that would indicate rubbing. Make sure you installed the pads correctly...if I'm not mistaken they have a little pimple guide in the back which if not installed correctly they will not seat properly. Hope this helps.
