I like the front but a little dissapointed in the rear. Have to get used to those retro gauges.
I will probably get a GT and make an Eleanor project out of her!!!! If I had any money laying around...lol
Is that really a 05' mustang? It doesn't look like the ones I saw in the magazines- especially the interior. This picture makes that car look so cheap. It really looks like an old stang. Where did you find these pictures and do you know how much the new ones will be?
Yes its real...its proto-production car.

This GT (yes its a gt with dual exhaust, fogs and a 3v 4.6L with 300+ hp)
will be unveiled at the NAIAS in January between the 4-6th.
Ford mentioned the price won't be much more (give 500-1000 more)
but a 33,000 (canadian) GT with 300hp isn't too shabby.
Its also said to be lighter than the current chassis.

I dont think it looks that bad at all. Whats making you guys think it looks cheap are the Cheetah marks and the black rims with spare looking tires...
Only difference I can tell, other than the hood, is the tail lights. Im glad they changed em, no need to make the tail lights look reminisent of the Mustang II.

I wouldnt judge it until we see it in person as a solid color on production issue rims. I could put an F50 and paint it with chester cheetah blotches and make it look like ass.

the only disapointment is the big fog lights in the middle that kinda kills it, they should be down on the front fender i think.

Yeah the fog lights are pretty bad now that I think of it... They look chincy.
geez that looks stupid. I liked the concept and thought the design had a lot of potential but I think they went a little overboard with the whole retro thing. The mufflers sticking out looks cheesy and the gauges, although very authentically retro, are a total eyesore in this car. The speedometer is too squished so that it increases in 20mph increments. The seats look ok and much more comfortable than the seats now but the interior really looks cheap; almost looks llike the interior of a volkswagen.

That photoshop makes the car look pretty damn good to me boomer.

yea i gotta agree that the interior looks really lame! and the tail lights on the concept were wayyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy better.
I'd rather have my tail lights reminisent of this...

The concept is better than the real which is in the pic, I will buy 04 Cobra and keep it for at lest 4 years........then I will buy 07 Cobra :thumbsup:
