If some of you have checked out my previous thread, I am traveling back to my deployment tomorrow. Fortunately for me I will return to San Diego in the very near future, post finishing this deployment. This is all following my sister and nieces unexpected deaths where I was sent home on emergency leave and was unable to get back on location, sent TAD to the recruiter's office for two months and finally getting back to my fellow sailors. I know it won't be long but I have spent a gracious amount of time in Colorado helping my brother-in-law, and the rest of my family, get back on track. The duties here weren't nearly the struggle I spent on deployment, but I plan on giving it a strong finish.
I have to give a big shout out to the Navy for getting me back home in a day following this event. I have never experienced anything like this and it has been one of the easiest and toughest transitions to get back home to be with my loved ones.
HOOYAH and I'll talk to you guys soon.
