[QUOTE="05satinGT, post: 15899333, member: 105107"] So I bought the car with 395 miles and the engine bay was clean for the most part, but it was covered in a layer of dust. Last night I finally had the time since owning it to detail the engine bay. I took the coil covers off and thoroughly cleaned those, and got in every crevice of the bay including the valve covers. The valve covers were so dusty they almost looked matte finished. Now the orange really pops! All the paint had water spots on it, so I used some compound and went to town and also got into all crevices of the blower. Honestly, the difference is night and day! I'm in love. I also installed my JLT Oil Separator and I'm so happy I went with it in black. Looks much cleaner IMO. Just waiting for my intake to arrive. I just want clean and simple. Not a huge fan of after market tanks and dress up items, honestly. Here are some pics.
