Rattle from passenger side front cover?

I honestly don't know if it's always done this or not. I've been dealing with failing timing chain tensioners/guides on my 01 explorer(death rattle), so maybe I'm just more sensitive to rattles right now.

It's only coming from the passenger side head/front cover, so I'm sure it's the timing chain, but is this normal for 5.0s? It's a 2012 with 24k miles.

Ok after taking my stethescope to it, I figured out it is the pcv valve. I've never heard one rattle like that before.

So not a huge deal, I can just grab a new one, but I guess the new question is "is that normal for the EV-269 PCV valve"?

Mine had a noticeable rattle too. Went away with breathers.
