My dealer is Brown Bros. Ford in Vancouver B.C., Canada. I bought and service my car there. I will never buy a car from anyone else again. I had a great salesman and the service dept. is incrediable. Service manager Matt Hines treats me like a king when I'm there, and I must have the best, most hard-core mechanic, Wayne Johnson, in the business!! These guys "Rock".

That site is great.
It's really easy to tell when the dealership has all the employees and friends fill out the reviews.
Just for fun I entered Ferrari for California.
Beverly Hills ferrari got all 5.0's, an obviously phony review, while one in San Francisco got a low 2's, with a 1 for pricing, much more realistic.
