raptor shift light only works 1,000-1900 rpm setting ...nothing higher?

So if I do a simple test at anything 1,xxx it works.
I had it set at 6400 and never worked. Set it to 3,000 and never worked even all the way to 4,000
tried 2100 and nothing even up to 4,000.

But anything 1900 down to 1000 it works.

Id does the start up dance correctly when changing and turning car back on. But doesn't come on above 1900 setting?

Its on cylinder #1..front most pass side (violet white wire), the 3 dip switches are set to off (1/2PPR) according to instructions for all 1999+ FORDS.

Any ideas?
