Well the guy claims I ran the red light. I honestly do not believe I ran it. I can't take defensive driving again for a year. Can I get defered for this? I can not have this ticket on my record. What should i do?

Hhmm.........I guess I could be a smartass and say; try not running stop signs, but that wouldn't be nice.
I don't know what you could use for a defense, any witnesses in the vehicle with you at the time?
If you really can't afford the ticket I would advise you obtain the services of an attorney in your area who is well-versed in the traffic laws and has good relationships within the courts there.
