Yesterday leaving work getting onto 55 south from lake shore drive leaving downtown Chicago there is about 1-2 miles before you hit traffic. A nice C5 vette, auburn color with black stripes on the hood, was about 6 cars back. I was cruising in 5th at about 55mph. I saw him coming up fast and I dropped it into third when he was about 3 cars back. He continued to pull upto my back bumper where he stayed until the top of third at about 100mph. When I shifted to 4th he pulled ahead 1 car to about 120mph when I shut down. The car was very nice and had a mean sounding exhaust and looked lowered w/ tinted windows. I caught up to him later in bumper to bumper traffic and he gave the thumbs up and so did I. Was a great end to a crappy day at work. :thumbsup:
