Radiator cooling issue

Hi,
I have a 2003 cobra.
I had to drain coolant to change O rings in oil cooler.
After trying to fill through upper hose into block, I let it idle for about 20 minutes. Overflow level never went down. Took for a drive, temp started to go high, came back, replaced thermostat. I think I have a bubble some where. Any suggestions on how to "burp" the system?
