Race for alcohol....

My next door neighbor has a red 1995 Lightning with no mods whatsoever. The other night, he made a bet with one of his friends that he could beat him at the strip. This friend has a late '90's Cadillac Eldorado with the 300hp Northstar engine. The loser has to buy the winner a case of beer and a fifth of vodka. They're going to race in a few weeks at Cordova. It should be close. Any predictions? I'll let you know who wins....

Reasons why......

1. Eldorado has pretty good traction, Lightning 1 st gen doesnt.

2. Eldorado lighter than the Lightning

3. Eldorado has more horsepower

As I can see it only way the the L can win is if it was painted red, and we all know red is fastest, Ill take that bet, how does a case of Bud Lite sound??
