quickest 60' time on street tires

I was at The Spring SuperStallions.com Nationals at Cecil County Dragway in Rising Sun, MD. My quickest 60' time was 2.069. Just wondering what times you guys are doing.

I believe the "best" average around 1.7 or 1.8 in the 60'.

Those 1.7's are on drag radials I would imagine though.

I think I've seen someone post times of high 1.7Xs with streets, not sure though.

1.9's and 2.0's are good 60's for non-drag radial street tires. If you can do that consistently, you can't ask for much more than that. There are a few and far between 1.8's and even fewer 1.7's, but I'd have to see it to believe it.

My buddy in his Mystic, stock tires did 1.7x's all day at Cedar Falls Iowa - "The House of Hook" I believe his best time was a 12.44 with CAI, prochamber and cat back.

(my best was a 1.9x in my 01)

i only could get some 1.9's on my stock f1's.

here was a guy who went some 1.7's on F1's at the NMRA Finals couple years ago...he was running some 11.40's I think, myself I have been 11.71@121 on F1's 1.90 60'

It depends alot on the track set up as wheel and how much you heat the tires.
