Is there such thing as a 6pm tee off? I feel like it's a stupid question but I don't know jack about golf. Thank you.

Probably depends on the course. None of the courses I've played have tee times past 4pm. There are night time driving ranges.
Edit to add: For the course to be open they would need staff, most of which start their day ~7am.

Where I golf you can golf until sunset. In the summer some courses have twilight specials which are usually from about 730 and on.
Most courses start chasing you off around 7:30ish around here.
