Quick question about MGW shifter

I'm going to get the MGW shifter so this is not a which shifter is best thread, but I am wondering if the kit comes with the cobrabob gaskets, I thought i read a few people saying that it came with it, but on the MGW website it does not show it, anyone shed some light?

Gasket with MGW shifter

I just put my MGW shifter in and it didn't come with a gasket. I read some where that MGW was going to stop shipping the Cobra Bob gasket with their shifter because the prefered method is to use RTV.

Mine came with a gasket but I didn’t recognize it at first; it was folded over into an L shape. I used it, just because, and completely removed the stops. I could not be happier.

mine came with gasket, which is what i used. in my directions it said you could do either the gasket or rtv. the reason the prefered method is rtv is because some people dont feel like they get the shifter tight enough with the gasket. i myself like the clean and easy to remove gasket.
