Quick question about CV boot.

I bought a 31 spline half shaft from an SVTP member. I received the product yesterday and it's missing one of the inner cv boot. :mj: :mj: :mj: :fm: I specifically asked the idiot if everything was ok with the halfshaft and he replied back "oh yea everything is good, it only been on the car for about 3k miles."

My question is, would my 28 spline half shaft inner cv boot fit on a 31 spline half shaft?

Wow. That's really crappy. I'm sure there's an auto-parts supplier out there that can come up with a boot that will fit if your stock one won't.

Did you confront this goon?

You may be able to get a universal CV boot to fit. I busted mine and a guy at the shop replaced it perfectly with a universal boot from an auto store.
