Questions on a possible E85 setup

I've been searching a little and researching. Have a few questions for you guys.

I currently have
-FORE hat
-Dual GT Pumps
-Dual FPDM's with wire upgrade
-60's
-Stock lines, stock rails

I currently run around 17psi +/- .5 psi depending on weather. I would like to bump it up to around 20-22psi while running E85. So that would put me around 700hp from other members numbers and dynos. **Edit: I'm currently running a 91 Octane tune**

Seems like I will need a BAP, 80's, and upgraded fuel line, maybe new rails.

I'm shooting for the 700 mark on E85 with a return system and I'm keeping the stock rails to save some money. You won't have a problem using them as long as you don't mind how they look.

I'm also using 80s with my setup.

Everything else on will be different since I'm return and you're returnless but that's at least a little bit of helpful info.

+1 I fought going return as well. I've been driving (no boost) on a canned tune that I requested just to get the car on the trailer to the dyno session. Said return tune is WAY smoother than the same tuner's dyno derived returnless map.
