questions about harley trucks

i worked on my friends today (indash Tv/Dvd player) looks sweet,but anyways ... a few questions do the motors have the problems with blowing out the spark plug out of the motor like the lightning? how is the gas miles on the highway? and what are any known problems if any ? i was considering buying one for a daily driver but wanted to find out some things before diving into it... i want the 4 door supercharged version .and was wondering if u can find them for under 30k ? thanks guys

well, i dno about the spark plug thing, we had one,

and the O(2) sensor went out at like 9thousand, but no other problems that we had

and ours was nice, had Lighting Taillights, LED brake light off lightning, DVD player (TV). infrared headphones, and like i dno,

it went for 31,000 w/ 12,000miles, so you may find one for under 30,000 man
i loved that truck!! GOODLUCK

I bought one for my wife in Oct of 03. Had 12,700 on it for $29K.
so far the alternator and fuel sending unit shit the bed.

No problems w/ my wife's '02. The gas mileage is worse than the Lightning on the highway!

I bought an 02 April of last year for $29k out the door, including tax. My personal preference is the DSG 02 version. I had an 8lb lower pulley(6lb's on the HD), chip and CAI on mine. I was running high 12's. Not bad with a 4 dr battleship!

The engine in the 02-03s is the same as the Lightning and is susceptible to all the same issues. However I love my 02 and highly recommend one…
