Question with my clutch

I installed a new cable (adjustable), a double hook quadrant, and firewall adjuster on the cobra the other week and finally got around to driving it and trying to adjust to the right pedal height. The problem with the pedal height is that it grabs way far out (about 3/4 from the floor). I dont believe that this is adjusted correct, especially on the clutch fork. any ideas? :shrug:

by the way stock cltuch with 19k miles on it never been to the track so really not too hard type of miles on it.
