Question on VMP GEN 2R install

Use a paper gasket or some RTV sealant.

I just got a paper Gasket from whipple and took the orange o ring gasket off the blower and filled it in with right stuff rtv. I actually just did it 30 minutes ago.

The Gen 2R does come with a paper gasket, this blower does not have any type of o ring,just metal to metal.

I personally didn't like the green paper gasket showing around my TB so I used Permatex black oil resistant silicon instead.
