Question on Pypes Off-Road X-pipe

Why is there (2) O2 holes on passenger side pipe. It was my understanding that (2) 0'S were in stock manifold and 2 in mid-pipe. Do i need to purchase plug for this to install pipe and what size is it?

that's weird, my pypes off road xpipe only has two bungs for the 02's....one on each side.

on the 05+ GT. the driver's side has the pre-cat O2 sensor in the exhaust manifold and the post O2 sensor in the x-pipe. on the passenger side the pre-cat O2 sensor is not in the exhaust manifold. It is in the x-pipe. their for the pass. side of the x-pipe has two O2 sensor bungs.

Just curious as to when this changed? Like mentioned above my 07 has one on each side and that is all. :shrug:

I have an 06 and that's how it is on my car. It may be just the 05 & 06 cars that have the O2 sensors like this. caused in 07 they changed to cooling flow and the spark plugs. they may have changed the O2 sensors too.
