Question on gear swap

Sorry to have to post but I have limited experience with the IRS 8.8. I searched but only became confused.

To complete the IRS gear swap, is there a master rebuild kit specifically meant for IRS?

Beside gears and the 8.8 kit what else needs replacing?

It's the same as an 8.8 swap, just not as easy to get too under the car.

Does the entire IRS need to be removed from the car to get the Diff out?

No. You can drop the center section out by itself.
