ive heard the stock motor on the gt can take about 450.....is this true? secondly if you have a blower on your gt how much motor work do you have done/if any? just trying to get a feel for what i can push throught the stock motor with boost.

I'd keep it with no more than 400rwhp. I had a 75mmtb, plenum, power pipe, and exhaust with a tune. If I were you, I would be sure to either get an aftercooler/intercooler or methanol injection. Mine went boom a few months later, but I swear it was the retune. It had 350rwhp for 2.5 yrs and was fine. So just be sure to get a good tune and I think you should be fine.
