Question about wheels and tires

I just bought some 18x9 hyperblack Saleens. I got 275/35r18s for the front and 285/35r18s for the back. Well I put them on and the 275s look wider. They stick out of the front fenders....and the 285s in the back sink way in.....I flipped them, and the 285 didnt seem to stick out quite as much but still stuck out. And the 275 still sunk in in the rear. What did I do wrong here? What sizes should I have gotten?

Just bought some 1" spacers from AM....maybe that will fix it. I just dont like how they stick out in the front, but that was the recommended tire size from AM

I have 275s in the front and they dont stick out.
