Question about stock Intake Air Box before MAF

Guys, the spring on my air filter cover is worn and causing my filter housing to be loose which is not good. I haven't had time to get to a junk yard and look around but does the 4.6 GT and Thunderbird have the same size setup before the MAF?

Just went and got one from the dealer for $21 and some change.
