Question about SCT Tuner

I bought a used SCT tuner. On the attached screen it lists 10 flashes. What does that mean? Maybe the previous owner has flashed his car 10 times? Does it have 10 tunes already loaded?

Previous owner flashed their car 10 times. It's unmarried and there are unlocks left, so you're good to go. If it was married and there were 0 unlocks left, you'd have a paperweight.

Thanks Daustin! I did go on Ebay and found a couple of used that had pics of SCT tuners, one with 17 flashes and another with 20. Pretty much verifies what flashes means. I've got it up and going!
