Tiny fine particles, factory panhard bar doubles as a rainstick when you replace it with an adjustable one.

I also wondered this, if it is that important than I was thinking of cutting it open and pouring it into my adjustable panhard bar.

Lol I believe it is for dampening purposes.
I've about decided that too. Noise, vibration, dampening or whatever. Bet it's one of Fords overkill though. Hear or feel nothing different with my adjustable bar that has nothing inside of it.

The bars are filled with steel shot.

Things like this make me wonder where Ford engineers heads are. The car still gets massive wheel hop, noise from the differential, all while massive heat soak is happening on daily drive to go get groceries. Im spending thousands trying to get this car to where it should have been from the factory. I am going to mention second gear while Im at it! (grinds and lockouts) But hey! lets add a bunch of little metal balls inside this bar! It'll make a world of difference right!?!?!?!?! Good god.
