Question about MSD 2 step

Installed the MSD 2 step on my 2012 GT, after installing it was thinking about how to burn out and heat up the DR's when i have it set to around 3500 rpm's on my launch control. Wire in a switch to disable it?

Maybe im just overthinking this but was wondering what other people do. Thanks in advance.

it should only activate the 2 step when the clutch is on the floor! i have the msd 2step on my 03, and havent had any issue out of it.. unless you have an auto setup? idk how to wire that up.. havent messed with one in an auto car..

No I figured it out. I just wired a toggle switch inline so I can disable the 2 step so I can stage and burn out. Then flip it on before the run.
