Question about Crown Vic engine parts and mustang parts

I have a quick question about compatability of parts between a 2000 Crown Vic 4.6L 2v and a regular mustang GT 4.6L 2v. A friend would like to get some underdrive pulleys for his crown vic, will the same underdrive pulleys that work on the mustang 4.6 work on the crown vic 4.6? And what other performance parts, if any, are basically compatible between the two. Thanks

Anyone...................Anyone... No one has any kind of answer for this question? All I'm basically asking is are the 4.6 2v bolt on's for a mustang basically compatible with the 4.6 2v crown vic????? I'm mainly talking about underdrive pulleys, throttle body, intake and anything else that you guys may know about. Thanks
