Question about 05 GT Wheels / Tires

I noticed that some places have take off 05 up GT wheels and tires. Will they fit a 99 Cobra?

I believe the bolt spacing is right,(as I've seen a few sets of 03 cobra's on the new cars) but I'll bet the offset is wrong for use on the sn95's...maybe someone has the specs on them so we'll know for sure...
