QA1 front coil over spring rate?

What spring rate would be optimum for the QA1 front coil overs since I have the heavy twin turbos up front? The car does not get used for DD and is only for shows and drag strip.

I have QA1 singles for the rear and am thinking of doing BMR rear springs, but have added weight of the water tank in the trunk. Is it still a good option or should I go with the standard CJs?

I would say 14" 175, or 200 if very nose heavy.

Yea that's what I was thinking too. Torn whether to get these or go back to stock struts with CJ springs.
