QA1 coilovers What spring rate to use?

I have QA1 single adj coilovers up front with 12"150lb rate springs

and QA1 single adj shocks in the rear with 14"250lb rate springs

I am still a little unsure of the performance. My best 60' is a 1.60 on MT ET street radials.

What spring rates do you have? with similar setup

I don't have coilovers in front, just rears. Rears i run 225 LR and 250 RR. Works killer. I bent a 225 spring in RR. Because of twist. So far so good with the 250 spring. Shocks are SPA-1 Koni's. Adjusted them once after the springs settled and never have had to again. Both compression and rebound are set at the lowest settings. Ive had some 1.3's. But most of the time it pulls 1.4's.
