I did some preliminary searching on why only these turn signals would be out and have checked all the fuses but still came up with nothing. Any suggestions or has anybody experienced the same problem? Thanks in advance!

umm.. dead bulbs?! checked em yet?

Have you checked the bulbs? When I got my truck the drivers side was out. Get in there with a long flat blade screw driver and flip the tabs on the outter painted panel (thru the gap around the mirror glass, might have to adjust it around to get a good shot) Check the bulbs.
