Pvd coating (powder coating) BBS wheels

I am looking to get my BBS RK's powdercoated (Plasma finish) PVD process...Has anyone done this?

My wheels are currently painted gunmetal and I would like to get the Plasma finish on them

I only see two places on the east coast that does this....Anyone have any luck or good recommendation's

Detroit Wheel and Wheel Collision Center in P.A. are the only ones I see locally...

I was hoping for something closer to Georgia.....

Looks like nothing more than "black chrome" powder over either real chrome or a powder coated "chrome" base coat. Real chrome would be better.
