Pulling accident information?

Is it possible? I'm looking at a fairly mint looking car, but the CarFax states the following:

01/09/1999 Florida
Police Report
Case #531001380 Accident reported
Involving rear impact
with another motor vehicle

Is there any way to use that case # and find out information on the accident?

that kind of thing is a matter of public records so you should be able to. it might cost you a few dollars tho.

Shouldn't cost you anything... you'll need to search that case # at the place that has the records... I don't know where that would be in FL, I bet if you send a PM to FordSVTFan he'll know what you need to do.
