pulley size?

I have a lower pulley on my car and i dont know what size it is. It has a silver hub with a black ring that measures 9 1/2 in across. I want to know if its a 2 4 6 or 8

you measured from top of belt ribs, correct?

2 lb = 8.00"
4 lb = 8.60"
6 lb = 9.10"
8 lb = 9.55"

it is measured from the outside edge of the ring not where the belt goes
