Who makes a good 4lb lower pulley? How long does it take to swap it out?

i dont know anyone off hand, i had problems with motorblue brand , belt came off and shreaded 3 of them, alignment issue's. even metco's had problems. about 3/4 hrs. hardest part is breaking the lower pulley bolt loose.
no lowers for me again.
so, I take it you just run the upper. What do you put down?
LFP or metco!!!!!!!! havent installed it yet!
LFP and the crank bolt is a mofo!!!
