I got my Billetflow pulley puller in the mail today and it looks different than the pic on the website. Do I need the 2 bolts to have threads the whole length of the bolt? My pulley puller is the second pic.

Thats how mine was. You just screw them in til it stops, they are supposed to be that way.

they used to be hand-made bolts (nut welded to threaded stock), but now it's a production bolt being used
like spray said, just thread them all the way into the collar
the drawbar slides over the bolts, so no threads are needed there at all...
