Decided to swap to the stock pulley (3") today. My current setup was pushing 20lbs of boost which was a bit outside of my comfort zone.

Current setup includes:
Ported VMP TVS
Ported VMP Elbow
2.65 upper
90mm Aux idler
10% lower
127 JLT intake
CJ65 TB
O/R X
13 Injectors
VMP Booster

Not sure of the new boost level yet as it's raining here but I should know in the next couple of days.

I was surprised to find out that I didn't need to install the factory idler, the belt (852) went back on easily. I am running a thump tensioner so maybe that explains it?

Hi!

you should get about 15-16 psi thats what i get with the same setup. Before I also had a 2.6 upper wich got me 20-21 psi. My tuner strongly adviced me to go down, wich I obvius did.

Did you keep (or ever run) the 90mm aux pulley?

Hi!

I have the Metco aux idler pulley, and the thump tensioner. I was having some beltslip with the 2.6 pulley at arounf 5000 rpm. I think I am using the green gates 85.2 Belt.

Hi!

I am on E85 and i was running a tune from Vmp, My tuner here in Germany tested up untill the bellt started to slip, and the car was way over 800 Hp.

So we nutered it down, and endet at 755 Hp. and 931 Nm Torque.

On Normal gas I think is is about 10% less.

regards

Did a nice 4th gear pull today and saw 16.9lbs on the gauge. Much better for me :)
