I changed plugs today for the first time at about 1000 miles. I went to NGK TR6's gapped at .039.
I have been running a 2.93 with no chip and CAI. The plugs looked very good. Even burn on all plugs, none of them were corroded from detonation etc. Nice dark grey color, some other them even looked a tad rich.
I just ordered a 2.80 and idler setup, probably throw that one and make a dyno pull and see how it does first. Im pretty sure it will be lean down low and get rich past 3000. I havent had any ping with this setup yet. Ran 115.8 on lousy 60ft with just the 2.93 and CAI. Gonna try again t-morow with more traction.
Chip is on tap very soon though.
