Pulled my spark plugs, are these ok?

I had some concerns (I think I'm going crazy) about my engine having issues, even though it hasn't thrown a code, lost any power or shown any issues, I just have been super paranoid for some reason, so I pulled #8 and #6, they both look the same, the lighting from the flash messes with it but its both the same color. 40k miles on these plugs.

They look fine. These are my 6&8 plugs, number 8 piston is on its way out on my car
