Puff Of Smoke

Every time i start my car after it has sat for more than an hour i get a puff of blue smoke out my exhaust. it doesnt smoke as a drive and there are no funny noises. everything feels normal when i drive it. any ideas?:shrug:

probably your valve guides leaking oil.

it's not normal on my car, but i've read of leaky valve guides on the 4.6 DOHC on the N/A engines, so i would think it's somewhat normal (doesn't make it OK, but not THAT bad).
