Ptv issues with comp xe270 or crower stage 2's?

02 gt, in between crower stage 2 na cams and comp xe270's. Anyone had any ptv issues with either of these cams or prefer one over the other? Modifications restricted to only bolt one, full exhaust stock intake manifold aftermarket intake tube through plenum etc.....is degreeing really necessary? Will be changing retainers and springs also.

I do not think you will have any PTV issues.

Degreeing is up to you. It's there to maximize your gains. If the cam manufacturer wants the cams retarded or advanced a certain amount of degrees, you should do it.


It's not needed though. I sold my stage2 comp cams to a guy and he never degreed them, when they were on my car, I never degreed them either.
