Promotion T45 reverse problems

I have the 750hp promotion t45 in my car. when i first got it installed it had a problem with popping out of reverse. I fixed that by removing my mgw dust boot as i noticed it would occaisionally bind and push its way out. But now im having a hard time going into reverse and it started popping out again. I have the promotion supplied quadrant adjuster kit. Which way do i need to adjust the quadrant to help? Spin in or out from the firewall? or is there another possible solution?

And no, another trans is not an option.

checked that multiple times. They are in the correct position. It will go in reverse its just hard to do sometimes. Other times it goes in great. If it doesnt i usually put it in 5th and barely release the clutch then it will go into R. But it will still pop out sometimes.
