project fix brakes. :( Please help

Okay so i have a 96 gt and brakes keep locking up. i have replaced master cylinder twice, hydroboost from a junkyard, all 4 caliper rubber lines, and all 4 calipers. I have bled over and over. I took it to the ford dealer and they couldnt figure it out. I don't have an adjustable push rod but i know when the wheels do lock up, i can unbolt the master and it will relieve pressure.

any help would be awesome considering i paid the dealer to check everything i have checked myself..

Are you using a new master cyclinder or reman and are all four wheels locking up or just the front

using a reybestos master from rockauto. and front lock up. I took it to another shop and they said it's because the push rod is too long on the hydro. I guess they cut it down a little bit and it works 100% now. I will be picking it up tomorrow and testing it from there.
